Ok.  I am working on my Precision Nutrition Certification, and I want to share a little of what I have been learning every day.  NOT too much, just a tiny bit every day :)

Vitamins and Minerals are super interesting so here is a little bit to start with...
Calcium

1. Where can I find it? - dark green vegetables

2.  What does it do? - it is involved in muscle contraction

3.  What if I get too much? - can result in constipation

4.  What if I don't get enough? - can result in muscle stiffness/cramps (similar to Magnesium deficiency, in fact, if Calcium is actually too HIGH and Magnesium is too LOW)
