Ok.  I am working on my Precision Nutrition Certification, and I want to share a little of what I have been learning every day.  NOT too much, just a tiny bit every day :)

Vitamins and Minerals are super interesting so here is a little bit to start with...

Vitamin A

1. Where can I find it?  - egg yolks

2.  What does it do? - helps with immune function

3.  What if I get too much? - can result in fatigue

4.  What if I don't get enough? - can result in acne
