1. Where can I find it? - most colorful fruits and veggies

2.  What does it do? - improves iron absorption

3.  What if I get too much? - can result in diarrhea

4.  What if I don't get enough? - can result in poor wound healing

Calcium

1. Where can I find it? - dark green vegetables

2.  What does it do? - it is involved in muscle contraction

3.  What if I get too much? - can result in constipation

4.  What if I don't get enough? - can result in muscle stiffness/cramps (similar to Magnesium deficiency, in fact, if Calcium is actually too HIGH and Magnesium is too LOW)
